MECHANICAL “MEDICAL” MICRONEEDLING –
I LOVE microneedling! It is my specialty! Be treated by an experienced nurse practitioner that is committed to your safety and results.
Mechanical Medical Microneedling with Nurse Karen starts at $500.
Appointment begins with pictures and application of numbing cream. We will complete/review a skin health questionnaire, consent & homecare before starting treatment. Cost is the basic microneedle treatment but can add:
- anti-aging or brightening ampoule, add $50,
- LED, add $50
- PRP aka “the Vampire”, add $300
- -microneedling with radio frequency, add $200
Post treatment- Day 1 & 2 of treatment, you will look and feel like you have a sunburn. Day 3, possibly 4, some mild flaking. Day 5-7 full recovery.
MICRONEEDLING WITH RADIO FREQUENCY with NURSE KAREN
Pricing for full face treatment $700.
Can treat face, neck, décolleté, and body. If you are wanting the same results of mechanical microneedling, but less downtime.

Pricing for full face treatment $750.
Enhance glow with topical application of ingredient ampoule during microchanneling, also called Microinfusion, also called AquaGold facial.
LASER TREATMENTS WITH NURSE KAREN
NO downtime, no numbing needed. Can perform during lunch hour. Able to apply makeup immediately after appointment.
ADVA vascular (rosacea), brown spots, acne or fine lines $350 per treatment
30 minute treatment to treat one of the 3 areas

Facial Deluxe starts at $450 per treatment
Experience a result-oriented facial with answers to your skin care needs and recommended home care. Appointment begins with a consultation. Treatment includes cleanse, exfoliation with microdermabrasion and/or dermaplaning, mask, and moisturizer. All treatments are custom for your specific skin type and skin concerns.
ALL ABOUT INJECTABLES- Neuromodulators, FILLERS, PRP & Fat reduction
Neuromodulators aka Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin Injections-$14 per unit.
Nurse Karen Promise- 4 unit touch up for FREE. *Touch up must be during day 14-21. No exceptions. Botox prevents the contraction of the muscles in the upper area of the face to minimize wrinkles. Treatment is every 3-4 months.
Forehead is on average 20 units per treatment.
Glabella aka “the 11’s” is on average 20-30 units per treatment.
Eye area expect minimum of 24 units per treatment.
Dermal Filler Injections- start at $750 per 1mL syringe.
Includes numbing, use with cannula for safety and comfort and injection of 1mL or more of filler.
Kybella- starts at $350. per syringe.

For risk of breaking my equipment and hauling two 50 pound suitcases around LAX!
POLICIES & PROCEDURES- * Arrive on time for your appointment time. Nurse Karen Skincare & Med Spa has a strict 48 Hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, the fee is $100. An invoice will be sent via square to your registered email. If we are able to replace the appointment with a client on our waitlist we will happily waive the fee. If you run late for your appointment the full fee will be applied and we will modify the service to the best of our ability.
